- Any individual, firm or company desiring to purchase/pledge shares of any of the listed companies.
Quantum
- Maximum of 50% of the market price or offer price, whichever is lower.
Tenure
- Maximum tenure of 15 years
Documents Required
- Loan application form duly filled and signed on all pages.
- Guarantor form duly filled and signed on all pages, if applicable
- Copy of Citizenship identity card of both the applicant and the guarantor, if applicable
- Recent passport size photographs of the applicant and guarantor
- Proof of income to service the loan – PIT/BIT, etc.
- Trade confirmation Certificate from RSEBL
