If you are in need of finance assistant for construction/purchase/renovate of your commercial building, T Bank Housing loan scheme is there to help your financial need. 

Eligibility

  • Any individual, firms who desires to construct commercial building

Quantum

  • 80% of the bank’s valuation for loan limit up to Nu 50.00 million
  • 70% of the bank’s valuation for loan limit more than Nu 50.00 million

Tenure

  • Maximum term of 30 years excluding gestation.

Documents Required

  • Loan application form duly filled and signed on all the page
  • Guarantor form duly filled and signed on all the page, if applicable.
  • Citizenship Identity (CID) copy of the applicant and guarantor.
  • Citizenship Identity (CID) copy of the applicant and the guarantor if required.  
  • Recent Pass Port size photographs of the applicant.
  • Copy of ownership certificates.
  • No objection certificate from immediate family members (18 years and above) to avail loan and construct building in his / her name if the land has joint ownership.
  • Sale Deed agreement in case of purchase of readymade building.
  • Latest Property valuation (will be computed by bank engineer) 
  • Approved drawing plan of the building and a copy of approval letter for construction/renovation.
  • Expected monthly rental income from property and any other proof of income to service the loan – verified income by way of rental receipts, BIT, etc.
