The criteria for shortlisting and final selection for the above-announced post shall be as follows:
1. Initial Shortlist: Based on academic merit ranking of 50% from Degree Marks, 25% from Class XII Marks and 25% from Class X Marks for officer cadre and for the assistant cadre, 50% from Class XII Marks and 50% from Class X Marks.
2. Shortlist for personal interview: Based on the academic merit ranking, for every position, 20 candidates will be selected for the personal interview.
3. Final Selection: The final selection shall be based on 50% from total academic score and 50% from the personal interview score.
