De-registration policy
If you wish to de-register from the T Wallet app and discontinue its use, please follow the guidelines and procedures outlined below.
- Log in to the T Wallet app and navigate to the Settings
- Select the De-register option from the menu.
- Review and accept the terms and conditions.
- Enter your T-PIN to confirm. Your account will be de-registered instantly.
Terms and conditions for de-registrations:
By de-registering from T Wallet, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You must be the primary account holder of T Wallet.
- Before de-registering, you must ensure that your wallet balance is zero.
- All remaining funds must be withdrawn or transferred to your bank account or another payment method before de-registration.
- Once you initiate the re-registration process, you will no longer be able to access your wallet balance, conduct transactions, or manage your account.
- You are responsible for completing or canceling all transactions, subscriptions, and payments linked to T Wallet before de-registration. T Bank will not liable for any missed or incomplete transactions afterward.
